Situated in the Parkside Estates neighborhood of Anderson Township, this two-story home will feature 5,000 square feet of luxury living space. With an elevated farmhouse style, this modern oasis showcases some of our favorite design trends to date.

THE WOODFORD: EXTERIOR

If you’ve been to HOMEARAMA before, you know that luxury outdoor living is an important aspect. The Woodford is no exception.

First, the focal point from the front is a large front porch with gorgeous glass doors. We envision rocking chairs and flowerpots flocking the sides of this entrance, a peaceful place to enjoy the serenity of this neighborhood.

Second, a large screened in porch with a grand stone fireplace anchors the South side of the home. We look at this space as an extension of the living room. It features all the modern comforts you enjoy indoors, like television and oversized lounge furniture, offered in an outdoor setting. Just imagine cozying up here on one of the first chilly fall evenings of the year, for instance.

THE WOODFORD: FLOORPLAN

Start by walking up to the oversized front porch. Large farmhouse style front doors and an open foyer greet you. On the right, you’ll see the office and on the left, an open staircase. Ahead, you’ll have views to the open concept great room/kitchen/dining area. This room makes way to the huge covered rear porch and sun deck. Additionally, the pub room creates a seamless indoor/outdoor experience with its folding, disappearing window.

Behind the kitchen and large pantry, a hallway leads to the powder room, laundry room, and mud room, which connects directly to two garages. On the opposite side, the main level is completed by a primary suite, featuring an oversized walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom.

UPPER LEVEL

As you ascend up the open staircase, you’re invited to the upper level by a loft and great room, offering bonus space for entertainment, storage, or extra guest sleeping room. There are 3 bedrooms on this level, with two bathrooms. One of those bathrooms is jack-and-jill style with two separate walk-in closets and vanities. Lastly, the other bedroom has its own private bathroom and oversized walk-in closet.

LOWER LEVEL

Next, the basement features the 5^th bedroom and another bathroom, as well as a large area for entertaining. A combination media area/wet bar offer ample square footage for movie night, while a nook off to the side is perfect for game night. Finally, flanked by multiple storage rooms, the lower level provides plenty of space for tucking away things that aren’t used every day.
