First Floor Highlights:
Grand Entry and Open Staircase
The entryway welcomes guests with a double tray ceiling, twin chandeliers, and an arched doorway. To one side, her home office, while the opposite side reveals an open staircase framed by two-story windows and a feature chandelier that fills the space with natural light.
A powder room nearby features a custom vanity, extended countertop, and bold black-and-gold accents that elevate the design.
Great Room
The great room anchors the home with cathedral ceiling, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and maple beams stained to match the custom mantel. Built-ins with closed storage, open floating shelves, accent sconce lighting, and arched detailing flank the fireplace. The arches match the main entry of the home. Natural light enters the space from the wall of windows and the statement chandelier. A custom built-in bench is underneath the middle window with plenty of storage for throws and pillows, while white oak flooring ties the space together.
Kitchen, Dining and Walk-In Pantry
Flowing seamlessly from the great room, the gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. Open to the great room is the kitchen with a custom wood hood painted to match the trim with built-in storage shelves for easy access to cooking essentials/spices on each side. This hood is the crown jewel of the space. Several custom roll-outs shelves are inside the white oak cabinets in the space. The large island has a two-sided waterfall edge of quartz counter that matches the backsplash slab behind the stove/hood. Three statement pendant lights are used over the island not only for task lighting but to create a focal point that balances the space. The appliances have custom cabinetry panels on them to match the cabinets. Off the kitchen is the walk-in pantry with open and closed shelving to keep this family on the go organized. Our client worked with Simplify in Style to organize the pantry space.
A dining buffet is painted SW Iron Ore adds elegance, and is perfect for seasonal display and storage. From the dining area, Pella doors open to a covered outdoor patio for indoor/outdoor entertaining.
Mudroom
The back hall just inside the garage entrance includes a mudroom with custom floor-to-ceiling lockers and benches tailored for each family member’s daily gear. Simplify In Style organized this space for our client.
His and Her Home Offices
This home features his-and-her offices designed with both style and functionality in mind. His office delivers bold character in SW Gayle Force blue, complete with matching built-ins, trim, and ceiling. A dry bar with a quartz countertop makes it the ultimate workspace. Her office showcases custom wall moldings, glass French doors and a statement chandelier.

Primary Suite
The primary suite is designed as a relaxing retreat. This space includes the bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet and laundry.
Primary Bedroom
The primary bedroom features a tray ceiling with a statement chandelier. Wall mouldings, and a dramatic wainscotted accent wall that will be behind the bed.
Primary Bathroom
In the primary bathroom, there is a double sink white oak custom cabinetry vanity with brushed gold accents used on the plumbing fixtures, lighting and mirrors that are 62” high over the vanity. A gorgeous free-standing tub and an oversized shower with multiple shower heads, a large niche and a bench. Open white oak floating shelves are conveniently located across from the shower for towels. The tile in the bathroom is ceramic that looks like marble, it has a nice pattern with oversized veining.
Primary Walk-In Closet
The spa-inspired bathroom includes a California Closets walk-in closet. This custom closet has a window to view the weather while selecting the outfit for the day. This space has an island and open shelving that helps organize our client’s clothing and plenty of storage. The gold accents that were used in the bathroom are carried into this space with the chandelier and drawer hardware.
Laundry Room
The laundry room is just steps from the primary bathroom. This space has custom cabinetry with plenty of storage and also includes a hidden pull-out drying racks. This room is also accessible from the great room and kitchen.
Home Exterior & Outdoor Living Spaces
The exterior of Heartland Haven captures a classic yet modern aesthetic. Painted white brick, stone accents, and white Hardie siding create a crisp, clean look, while cedar columns and black-framed windows add warmth and contrast. Traditional shingles paired with metal roof accents enhance depth and texture.
Outdoor living is equally refined with a covered back porch featuring a vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace, and cedar pillars offering a cozy year-round gathering space. Adjacent to it, a sun patio with fire-pit and custom landscaping expands entertainment possibilities. The family enjoys two separate two-car garages, one also has access from the backyard, providing convenience and ample storage.
Second Floor: Private Bedrooms & Baths and Flexible Spaces
Upstairs is designed with family in mind. There are 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Also, at the top of the stairs is a loft area for the kids to hang out. Another room of the loft is designated for the kids to read, do crafts and homework. This room was organized by Simplify In Style.
Lower Level: The Ultimate Entertainment Zone
The expansive lower level is designed for fun and relaxation. A custom bar with copper penny tile backsplash, integrated lighting, and bar seating overlooks a media room, creating an ideal gathering space for family and friends.
