Anmer Hall in Kensington of Mason

Wieland Builders celebrated our 22nd year in the Greater Cincinnati Homearama show in 2019.  We were delighted to show the public our sprawling, country ranch in the Kensington community June 8th through June 23rd.

Named after the country home of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Anmer Hall brings modern edginess to traditional warmth. The 3,167-square-foot ranch exemplifies open living, with a kitchen that incorporates the dining room and flows into a covered porch and great room. A craft room that will be used as the owner’s cake-decorating studio is tucked behind the kitchen, along with a guest suite and pocket office. The lower level provides 1,471 square feet of flexible space, with a bar, recreation area, two bedrooms and a full bath.
