Our clients wanted their dream home Mulberry Ridge to be a timeless New England style mixed with a modern traditional style. They bought historic farmland in Hamilton, Ohio and wanted to tie in the history of the property inside their new custom-built home. Original beams from the barn on the property were used on the stove hood and also on the fireplaces.  There are so many luxury must-haves in the new custom home. A bar on the first floor between the great room and kitchen, a statement staircase, a dog washing station, sauna, lots of storage in the craft room, mudroom cubbies, kitchen custom cabinetry, walk-in pantry, coffee station and the command center in the hall behind the kitchen. White Oak cabinetry and flooring was used throughout the home and on the statement staircase.  A herringbone pattern on the entry floor is repeated on the ceiling in the great room.  The folding glass doors from the great room to the screened-in porch and the outdoor living space is a seamless transition that captures the stunning view of the pool and property.
