Curb Appeal & Exterior Design

Copper Creek’s exterior sets the tone with a warm, inviting presence. Thoughtful architectural details, layered materials, and well-proportioned black windows and slider doors create visual interest while maintaining a classic aesthetic. The back covered porch offers a natural transition from outdoors to indoors that’s perfect for welcoming guests or enjoying quiet moments at home.

Foyer and Staircase

The entry is a warm and welcoming introduction to the home, featuring 2 chandeliers and 10-foot ceilings that immediately create a sense of openness. A bold black accent wall on the right adds contrast and drama, while the home office sits to the left behind double glass doors, beautifully breaking up the entry hall while allowing light to flow through.

The staircase is a true design moment, with white oak treads that match the hardwood floors throughout the home. A striking black accent wall behind the stairs is highlighted with wall sconces and a chandelier, turning a simple transition space into an architectural feature.

The home office reflects the homeowner’s need for both beauty and function, as he spends much of his time here when he’s not out in the field. The great room is the emotional heart of Copper Creek, it’s a space designed for togetherness and connection. A stunning stone fireplace anchors the room, flanked by custom built-ins that provide storage and display space for family treasures. Black sliding glass doors with transom windows above open to the covered porch, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living and allowing the valley views to take center stage.

The coffered ceiling and wide-plank white oak floors bring warmth and scale, while walls of windows fill the space with natural light. The family wanted an open flow between the great room, kitchen, and dining/hearth room, creating a layout that supports both everyday life and frequent entertaining.

Kitchen, Butler’s Pantry and Dining Areas

Designed as the true hub of the home, the kitchen, dining, and pantry areas work together in both form and function. Custom cabinetry extends to the ceiling, providing ample kitchen storage for a busy family and frequent entertaining. The large island serves as a gathering place for homework, snacks, and conversation, topped with statement lighting and durable countertops.

The walk-in pantry is thoughtfully designed with two access points, one hidden behind cabinetry in the kitchen and another from the dining area making it easy to support large family dinners and entertaining. The dining/hearth room features a cedar beam accent ceiling and a stone wall with a fireplace. The room dimensions were expanded beyond the original design, creating a generous space where the family gathers for meals, celebrations, and game nights. With its fireplace and abundant windows overlooking the valley, this room may one day transition into a cozy bourbon lounge for relaxed evenings with friends.

Located conveniently between the kitchen and the garage, this combined space keeps daily life running smoothly. The primary suite is a peaceful retreat with space for the entire family including kids and pets thanks to an oversized bed and generous layout. There is also a black accent feature wall behind the bed. The parents love having direct access to the deck, where they can enjoy the sweeping valley views morning and night.

The spa-like bathroom features a freestanding tub, his-and-her vanities and an oversized shower with a linear drain and multiple shower heads, his and her walk-in custom closets, creating a luxurious everyday experience. Even the cats were considered in the design, with a custom cut-out door providing easy access to the unfinished storage area, another thoughtful detail that makes this home truly livable.
