White oak accents are thoughtfully used in the open shelving and the custom hood, a tile backsplash runs from the counter to the ceiling, adding warmth and texture to the space. Statement lighting highlights the island, while a dine-in nook offers casual comfort.

Just off the kitchen, the walk-in pantry continues the use of white oak with custom designed storage areas.

Mudroom and Laundry

Just inside the garage entrance, the mudroom and laundry area offer a spacious and functional transition into the home. It’s not a tight or cramped space, there’s plenty of room to move comfortably. With thoughtful storage and smart design, it’s the perfect drop zone for busy families coming and going. It’s built for real-life moments, especially when your hands are full coming in from the garage.

Foyer & Staircase

Step inside The Woodford and you’re immediately welcomed by a grand staircase that makes a powerful statement.
